Terms and Conditions of The DayLine

By Purchasing Access You Are Accepting the Following:

By purchasing access to The DayLine you are accepting this list of Terms and Conditions for both Leah Day Online and L'Bri Pure n' Natural Inc.

This agreement shall be binding upon its receipt and acceptance by Leah Day Online.

1. Unless I am already an Independent Contractor for L'Bri Pure n' Natural, I shall hereby become an independent contractor in waiting responsible for my own business and not an employee or agent of Leah Day Online and/or L'Bri Pure n' Natural Inc.

2. As an independent contractor in waiting I will still abide within all rules of the company L'Bri Pure n' Natural and conduct my business in a reputable and professional way. I will not plagiarize, slander, or discredit direct sales, L'Bri Pure n' Natural or any other direct selling company within my website or blog.

3. While I'm an independent contractor in waiting I will not be able to sell products, receive commissions, or receive a discount on the products I purchase. My $87 access fee only permits me to access the online training information provided on The DayLine.

4. In order to become a L'Bri Consultant officially, I understand that I will have to also purchase either the Skincare Showcase for $125.00 or the Full Showcase for $325.00. The $87.00 DayLine access fee cannot be applied to this showcase fee. Therefore the full start up cost of starting my Internet business with L'Bri Pure n' Natural is $212.00 or $412.00 respectfully.

5. I understand that once I'm an official L'Bri Consultant I will have to sell a minimum of $300 in products every 4 months and pay an annual renewal fee of $35 in order to maintain my status as a Qualified Consultant.

6. I will represent to prospective customers or Consultant ONLY those facts as are contained in the Marketing Plan and literature supplied to me by the Company and Leah Day. Any extra information I provide must be researched and sourced independently.

7. I understand that starting a business is a risk. I also understand that my access fee to the DayLine is not refundable or transferable for any reason (except as stated in Point 9 below). I do not hold Leah Day liable for the success or failure of my business in any way.

8. I will not display any L’Bri products to be sold in a retail establishment (beauty salons etc.) L’Bri products are only to be sold through Independent Consultants (in home person to person sales) and via the Internet through my generic L'Bri website when I officially join the company. I understand that I'm not allowed to set up a separate shopping cart system on my personal website or blog.

9. Access to the DayLine is for life. After paying the access fee of $87.00, I understand that I can, at any time, receive my access fee back when I accumulate $1000 in retail sales for L'Bri Pure n' Natural products within one month. The access refund is only applicable to those who sign up as a L'Bri Pure n' Natural Consultant or who are already active Qualified Consultants* with L'Bri.

10. This online training center is designed to sell L'Bri Pure n' Natural products. Of course this information could also be used to sell another beauty / skin care product line, but Leah Day will provide no extra support or resources for applying this information to your specific product line.

*Qualified Consultants are actively selling at least $300 in products each month.
